The Slat Table 1 is a floor table designed to celebrate the three-way-mitered-moritse-and-through-tenon-joint. Through its minimalist form, this work is designed to contrast a world of performative joinery through careful design, and structural form that is both subtle and powerful; paying homage to its distinctly east-Asian roots.
